NAATI is not able to amend the expiry date of a credential that has already been issued.

You should read NAATI’s language policy to understand how the examiners will assess the use of your language in the test. All CCL tests are delivered online on a testing platform called Televic. Failure to do so may result in your test being invalidated or cancelled with no refund. Cancel your test booking

If you don’t provide enough notice to change or cancel your test, you will lose the fee you have paid and will need to pay a new fee when you re-book.
